Tips for Ordering Sushi

Sushi is a broad or general term that we use, but it actually refers to the sweet rice that is often served with fresh fish.

Maki are the rolls, with fresh seafood (usually raw) or vegetables wrapped in sweet vinegar rice and rolled in nori seaweed.
