L.A. isn’t all about Hollywood, it also has a lively and active art scene and these events highlight the best that L.A. Art has to offer.
Each year the LA Art Show at the L.A. Convention Center showcases art from around the globe. This year’s 21st Annual LA Art Show promises to be bigger and better. The Show starts with an opening Premier Party from 8:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.
General admission is $20.00 and the event runs through Sunday, January 31st.
The City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs will be opening a new exhibit entitled SKIN on February 7, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery located at 4800 Hollywood Municipal Art Gallery.
This timely exhibit will run through April 17, 2016 and features artistic interpretations of racial strife with a lofty goal to inspire dialogue about race and identity.
